Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and prepare necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance evaluations and employee engagement activities.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Assist in handling employee documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and benefits enrollment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in an HR department.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
